To achieve the above policy the management of CPSS commits itself to ensure that information relating to current, past or prospective employees, students suppliers clients and will:

The company will; Monitor, enforce and support Data Protection to ensure compliance with the company’s Data Protection policy, and applicable legal, state and local requirements.
Conduct periodic audits and report to management on the DP performance.
Review all personnel actions on a regular basis to ensure the policy is adhered to.
Investigate, discuss and take immediate and appropriate action on all data protection complaints, and resolve these complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
All staff and others who process or use any personal information must ensure that they follow these objectives at all times.
